Robin Hanasab
Robin Hanasab graduated from USC Marshall School of Business with an emphasis in real estate finance and development before attending Loyola Law School. Mr. Hanasab previously worked at the Law Offices of Ryan, Brosman, and Hammers, where he handled an array of real estate litigation and transactional matters, representing clients such as Charles Dunn Capital, Management and Brokerage . He has worked with low-income, multi-family housing residents and provided legal assistance with their housing matters. In addition, Mr. Hanasab has worked as an asset manager for a property management company and has been involved in over twenty million dollars worth of deals covering all aspects of real estate, including finance and acquisition. Raymond Zolekhian
Raymond Zolekhian is a graduate of Harvard Law School and holds a Bachelor of Arts degree, magna cum laude, from UCLA. In addition to being a member of the California State Bar, Mr. Zolekhian is also a licensed real estate broker in California. Mr. Zolekhian previously practiced in the real estate group of Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP, an international law firm which is consistently recognized as one of the premier law firms in the world. During his years of practice, Mr. Zolekhian has represented clients on a broad range of real estate transactions ranging from real estate financing transactions totaling into the hundreds of millions of dollars, to single asset real estate purchases from $4 million to $275 million, to leasing transactions encompassing hundreds of thousands of square feet of industrial, warehouse, office, retail and medical space. Glenn W. Calsada
Mr. Calsada has over twenty years of litigation experience representing various parties in complex cases involving real property, wrongful foreclosure, predatory lending, truth in lending, bankruptcy claims and adversary proceedings, debtor-credtior disputes, land use, zoning, environmental, eminent domain, inverse condemnation and planning matters.Mr. Calsada has served as a special counsel for the cities of Los Angeles, Lynwood, Maywood and South Gate regarding contract, real property, land use, planning and redevelopment matters. In addition, he served as General Counsel for the Los Angeles Community Redevelopment Agency where he was responsible for drafting real estate development deals and supervising construction litigation matters. He has also advised various governmental entities on compliance with the Brown Act, Public Records Act, the Public Contract Code and Tort Claims Act.
Mr. Calsada is also an award winning mediator and became a specialist in bankruptcy law after assisting hundreds of home owners facing foreclosure in the 1990s. He received special training in professional mediation at Pepperdine School of Law Institute for Dispute Resolution. In 2002, Mr. Calsada was the most frequently chosen bankruptcy mediator for the entire Central District of California. His experience includes serving as an initial panel member for the Bankruptcy mediation program with the United States Bankruptcy Court and the Los Angeles Superior Court. Since 1999, Mr. Calsada has been certified in bankruptcy law by the State Bar of California, Board of Legal Specialization.
Mr. Calsada community services includes serving as the President and Pro Bono Legal Counsel of the largest Domestic Violence Transitional Shelter for women and children in the United States.

Matthew Bilinsky
Matthew Bilinsky received his B.A. in History from Cornell University in 2003, graduating with honors, and attended UCLA Law School where he was awarded the Ken Ziffren Scholarship for his achievements in the Entertainment and Media Law and Policy Program.
Mr. Bilinsky's practice encompasses entertainment and real estate transactions, corporate finance, dispute resolution, personal finance and credit resolution. Mr. Bilinsky has served as in-house counsel for a major motion picture producer/financier and represents numerous clients in media and technology. He is well-versed in corporate structuring and distressed credit transactions.
